To find recipes and calculate menus or shopping lists, it processes the cooking preferences you choose: meal types, ingredient exclusions, household servings, cooking time, food preference, recipe cost category, and recipe nutrient filters. It also processes selected public recipe identifiers. These inputs are used only to complete that request.
We do not save these preferences, meal plans, shopping lists, chat histories, names, email addresses or account profiles on our server. Request inputs exist only during request processing. The planner keeps its current plan in memory while its interface is open; closing it ends that local interface state. Public recipe data is cached separately and contains no user inputs.
ChatGPT sends the explicit tool inputs to this service. Cloudflare hosts and delivers it and processes network information needed to operate its infrastructure. We do not enable Worker request logs or use advertising trackers, cookies, analytics profiles, IP-based user profiles, or third-party marketing pixels. Cloudflare may retain operational network information under its own privacy policy. ChatGPT’s own conversation retention and controls are governed by OpenAI.
You can use public recipes without an account, choose which preferences to share, avoid sharing any personal medical information, close the planner to discard its interface state, and uninstall or disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT. We do not receive or retain the full conversation. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, symptom histories or other sensitive information to the plugin.
Opening a recipe source on getlila.com visits Lila’s website, which has its own privacy notice. There are no hidden attribution identifiers or tracking parameters in recipe source links.
