Recipes and nutrition values come from Lila’s public catalog. Nutrition and cooking times are estimates and vary by ingredients, brands and preparation. Check ingredient labels, food handling instructions and any individual dietary requirements. Ingredient filters cannot guarantee that a food is safe for an allergy or free of cross-contamination.
This service does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, hormone advice, medication advice or individualized clinical diets. It does not guarantee weight loss, symptom relief or other health outcomes. Seek qualified professional advice for medical dietary requirements.
The catalog may change. Some filters may not have enough matching recipes; the service will explain this rather than silently change your preferences. We may correct errors or update the service. Use it lawfully and do not send sensitive medical information, credentials or other private records.
The plugin does not create accounts, take payments, place grocery orders or sell subscriptions. Any separate Lila app account is governed by Lila’s app terms.
